Instruction to use
Mix bleach powder with oxidizing cream in non-metallic bowl. Spread the mixture on face, body, or hair. Leave-on for 20-15 minutes then rinse with water.

Oxidizing Cream: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth20-, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Laureth-3, Hexyldecanol, Hexyldecyl Laurate, Parfum (Fragrance), Etidronic Acid, Simethicone, Tetrasodium EDTA, Oxyquinoline Sulfate.
